The XGT Series fiber Suspension Clamp is an elite grade of high-voltage transmission hardware designed to suspend, cradle, and protect overhead phase conductors and optical ground wires ( OPGW ) on straight towers. Available in two structurally optimized technical designs ( Drawing 1 featuring a wide-flared long body, and Drawing 2 built as a compact chassis with dual-protruding elastomeric buffers), this series safely accommodates extreme vertical loads ranging from 40 KN to 130 KN .
Engineered to eliminate high-vibration field wear and acoustic resonance, the XGT assembly clamps the conductor securely using an integrated, heavy-duty Aluminum Alloy housing lined with a non-conductive, weather-resistant elastomeric lining block . Suspended by high-tensile hot-dip galvanized steel hardware (M16/M18 structural bolts), this line-hardware choice prevents mechanical fatigue and localized point-load concentrations across large cross-country grid spans.
