Aluminum Alloy Die-Casting Workshop
Our die-casting workshop produces metal components for aerial cable fittings and power accessories. The process forms clamp bodies and brackets that can then be trimmed, machined and assembled to the approved specification.

Production equipment
The facility includes 12 Yizumi high-pressure die-casting machines with clamping forces from 180 to 800 tonnes. Tooling, alloy and machine settings are selected for the component rather than by machine tonnage alone.
Typical components
- Aluminum alloy bodies for tension and suspension clamps.
- Anchoring brackets, mounting hooks and cable support components.
- Connection fittings and custom die-cast parts.
Quality checks that matter
Incoming alloy identification, casting appearance and critical dimensions are checked against the specification. Machining allowances, assembly interfaces and surface treatment requirements are reviewed during development. Mechanical acceptance criteria apply to the finished fitting and its intended application.
Custom die-cast hardware
Share a drawing or sample, expected quantities and the intended installation conditions. We review manufacturability and tooling requirements before sample approval. Material reports and product test documentation should be agreed before the order is placed.
