Production Planning & Delivery
A dependable delivery plan begins with a complete order specification. JKTE coordinates material preparation, workshop scheduling, inspection and packing around the agreed production requirements.

What affects lead time
- Availability of the specified material and components.
- Whether existing tooling can be used or new tooling is required.
- Sample approval and any design revisions.
- Order quantity, product mix and current production schedule.
- Required testing, independent inspection and packaging work.
Keep production inputs ready
Approved drawings, work instructions, materials and tooling should be available before the relevant operation starts. Reviewing these inputs early helps reduce interruptions and avoidable rework.
Agree practical milestones
For a custom order, separate tooling, sample approval and bulk production milestones. For repeat orders, confirm that the previous specification is still current. Inspection and cargo readiness should be coordinated before freight collection is booked.
Manufacturing and transport are separate
A factory completion date is not an arrival date. Transit time, booking availability, customs procedures and inland delivery depend on the route and shipment terms. Provide the required delivery location and deadline when requesting a quotation.
