Quality Testing & Control Center

The quality control center supports incoming, in-process and finished-product inspection for cable fittings and power accessories. Inspection methods and acceptance limits are defined by the product drawing, purchase specification and applicable test requirements.

Product Testing: Match the Method — Different properties require different checks

What we check

  • Dimensions and assembly interfaces using suitable gauges.
  • Mechanical performance, such as tensile or grip behavior, where required.
  • Surface condition and corrosion resistance when specified.
  • Electrical characteristics for relevant electrical accessories.
  • Marking, component completeness and packaging before dispatch.

Tests must match the application

A tensile test assesses mechanical behavior under a defined setup. Salt spray testing evaluates corrosion resistance under specified conditions; it is not a substitute for UV exposure or a prediction of service life. Electrical tests apply to the relevant connector or insulating component, not indiscriminately to all cable hardware.

Inspection records

Agree the report format, sampling plan, acceptance criteria and any witness requirements before production. A useful report identifies the tested model, batch, test method and results so it can be matched to the supplied goods.

Independent inspection

Customers may arrange an agreed third-party inspection or request additional testing. Confirm the scope, timing and responsibility for costs before scheduling, especially when testing is destructive or requires an external laboratory.
