Cable Fittings Production Process
A controlled production sequence helps turn an approved cable fitting design into consistent batches. JKTE coordinates the relevant workshop operations around the drawing, material specification and inspection plan for each order.

From specification to components
- Order review: confirm the drawing, quantity, marking, packaging and inspection requirements.
- Material preparation: identify and release the approved materials.
- Forming: use injection molding, die casting or stamping as required by the component.
- Machining and finishing: establish critical dimensions and remove harmful edges.
Assembly and identification
Approved components are assembled according to product-specific instructions. Checks focus on correct parts, orientation, fit and any specified fastening requirements. Product or carton markings link the supplied goods to the order and batch records.
Inspection before dispatch
The agreed inspection plan defines the measurements, functional checks and performance tests required for release. Nonconforming parts require review before shipment. Packaging checks cover model identification, quantities and protection during handling.
Planning repeat and custom orders
Repeat orders should reference the approved model and drawing revision. Custom work needs additional time for tooling, trial samples and approval. Agree these milestones early so production and delivery expectations remain realistic.
