Metal Stamping Workshop

Our stamping workshop forms sheet-metal components for cable installation and overhead line hardware. Cutting, punching, bending and forming operations produce brackets, clips and mounting parts to the approved drawing.

Parts and materials

  • Mounting brackets and anchoring bases.
  • Pole bands, cable clips and connection plates.
  • Protective and reinforcing components.
  • Steel, stainless steel or aluminum sheet selected to the product specification.

Dimensional and surface checks

Incoming sheet is checked for the specified thickness and condition. During forming, hole position, bend angle and critical dimensions receive particular attention. Edges that contact a cable or installer must be finished appropriately.

Finishes for outdoor service

Galvanizing, coating or other finishes can be specified according to the material and exposure conditions. Corrosion performance depends on the complete material and finish system; it should be assessed against the agreed test requirements.

Drawing-based production

Custom stamped parts may require new tooling. Share the drawing, material grade, finish, annual demand and sample approval requirements so we can assess tooling and production options.
