JKTE combines production quality control with after-sales support for optical cable fittings and power accessories. Our standard five-year warranty starts from the shipment date and covers manufacturing-related quality issues within the published warranty terms.
Products covered
The standard warranty covers our self-manufactured cable fittings and power accessories, including tension and suspension clamps, ABC accessories, insulation piercing connectors, brackets, connection fittings and molded components. Review the product specification and applicable warranty terms with your order.
Manufacturing defects and remedies
Covered issues include material flaws, manufacturing defects and assembly errors. Depending on the confirmed defect, available remedies include free replacement, replacement of affected components, return or reshipment. A reasonable refund solution may be offered for an irreparable defect. The appropriate remedy is determined after reviewing the claim.
How to request support
- Provide the order or invoice reference and the product model.
- Identify the affected quantity and batch marking, where available.
- Send clear photographs and describe the installation and failure conditions.
- Keep affected components available for assessment when requested.
Quality records and extended support
Incoming, in-process and final inspection records support product assessment and traceability. Third-party inspection can be arranged, and extended warranty services can be discussed for large projects or long-term cooperation.
Warranty and service life
A warranty is not a prediction of product service life. Actual performance depends on correct selection, installation, exposure and maintenance. Improper use, external damage and natural wear fall outside manufacturing-defect coverage; see the detailed warranty terms below.
