Third-Party Inspection Support

JKTE supports customer-arranged third-party inspection for cable fittings and power accessories. An agreed inspection plan gives the customer, factory and inspection agency a common reference for the checks and reporting required.

Inspection stages available for discussion

  • Incoming material verification where required.
  • In-process sampling and component checks.
  • Finished-product or pre-shipment inspection.
  • Packing checks and container loading supervision.
  • Specialized testing through an appropriate laboratory.

Agree the scope before scheduling

Confirm the product list, drawing revisions, sample quantities, acceptance limits and test methods. Identify any destructive testing, special equipment or witness requirements. Timing and cost responsibilities should also be agreed in advance.

Independent agency arrangements

Customers may propose an inspection organization such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV, subject to service availability and the agreed scope. Supporting an inspection does not mean that every product already holds certification from that organization.

Use reports for the correct purpose

An inspection report records the agreed checks on identified goods. It does not automatically establish regulatory approval or acceptance by every utility or market. Confirm the documentation required by your project and destination before ordering.
