Plastic Injection Molding Workshop

JKTE manufactures molded plastic components for fiber optic cable fittings and power accessories. The workshop supports clamp bodies, protective parts and connector housings, with material and tooling selected for each approved product design.

Workshop equipment

The workshop includes 22 Haitian and Yizumi injection molding machines with clamping forces from 160 to 320 tonnes. Machine selection depends on the mold, component geometry and production requirements.

Components we produce

  • Plastic components for ADSS and FTTH cable clamps.
  • Insulating and protective parts for ABC cable accessories.
  • Housings for insulation piercing connectors.
  • Custom molded parts developed from approved drawings.

Material and molding control

Material grade, conditioning requirements and processing settings affect molding quality. Checks focus on dimensions, shrinkage, surface defects and the fit between mating components. Outdoor exposure requirements, including temperature and UV resistance, should be specified before material approval.

From sample to production

New or modified tooling is evaluated through trial samples. Once dimensions and assembly fit are approved, the agreed drawing and inspection requirements become the production reference. Ask for documentation applicable to the selected material and finished product; certification scope must be checked for the specific model.
