ADSS and Figure-8 Fiber Anchor PA-510
The PA-510 fiber cable anchor clamp is suitable for securing and tensioning figure-8 optical cables and round ADSS cables in outdoor FTTx networks.
Features
- Fitted without additional tools
- Durable UV-resistant thermoplastic body and stainless steel bail
- Self-adjusting wedges accommodate FRP or Kevlar messengers
- Mounts on pole brackets or hooks
- Anchoring grip protects the cable jacket against cutting
- Stable outdoor performance
- Economically priced
Application
The PA-510 clamp mounts on utility poles, wall hooks and pole brackets to anchor cables at terminal and intermediate locations. Its self-adjusting wedges grip the cable firmly while protecting the outer sheath, supporting stable optical transmission and cable service life.
UV-resistant materials and corrosion-resistant stainless steel components are intended for demanding outdoor conditions. Tool-free fitting helps shorten deployment time and lower labor costs in residential, commercial and rural broadband installations.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.
For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.
These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
