Application
The PA-460 clamp anchors 3–8 mm mini ADSS and round fiber cables outdoors, including terminal and double dead-end arrangements. Typical applications are FTTH last-mile connections, subscriber drops and short-span access routes.
It mounts on poles, brackets and wall hooks between distribution points and end users. The compact wedges secure the cable without damaging its sheath, helping preserve optical performance.
UV-resistant engineering polymer and stainless steel components support outdoor durability. Lightweight construction and tool-free fitting reduce labor requirements and speed installation in broadband expansion projects.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.
For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.
These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
