- Durable aluminum-alloy body, stainless steel bail and UV-resistant wedges
- Mechanical strength of up to 10 kN
- Stable performance in outdoor environments
- Consistent operation over extended service
- Economically priced
Application
The JBG-0 anchor clamp secures aerial optical cables in overhead telecommunications networks. It fits utility poles, brackets and hooks in FTTH, FTTx, GPON and broadband access installations.
Its self-locking wedges retain the cable without damaging the insulation, helping maintain stable optical network performance. The aluminum alloy body, UV-resistant components and stainless steel fittings provide durability in coastal, humid and high-temperature environments.
Tool-free installation reduces fitting time and labor requirements, supporting efficient network deployment.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.
For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.
These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
