Application
The PA-0100 clamp mounts on pole brackets, hooks and wall fittings in residential areas, commercial premises, industrial sites and campuses. Its self-adjusting wedge holds the cable without damaging the jacket, helping preserve signal performance and prevent slipping or sag associated with wind and temperature changes.
The UV-resistant insulating body is intended for prolonged outdoor exposure, including humid, coastal and high-UV conditions. Its lightweight, tool-free design allows quick installation and helps reduce labor costs in FTTH drop networks and broadband expansion projects.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.
For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.
These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
