Plastic ADSS Cable Anchoring Clamp PA-1000

Plastic ADSS Cable Anchoring Clamp PA-1000

The PA-1000 plastic fiber optic cable anchor clamp holds the cable securely in position during installation and service, helping prevent loosening and movement for stable support.

Features

  • High-strength plastic construction
  • Resistance to severe weather and chemical corrosion
  • Lightweight design for quick, straightforward installation
  • Automatically adjusting wedges
  • Strong electrical insulating properties
  • Resistance to vibration
  • Supplied directly by the manufacturer in China

Application

The PA-1000 ADSS clamp maintains cable tension and helps control sag associated with wind, ice and temperature changes. Its wedges grip the cable without damaging the sheath, preserving the cable's mechanical and optical properties.

Corrosion-resistant materials support dependable, prolonged outdoor use. Straightforward installation helps lower labor costs in residential, industrial and rural broadband infrastructure projects.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.

JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.

For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.

These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
