ADSS Access-Line Anchor Clamp PA-600
The PA-600 anchor clamp secures and tensions all-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cables with an outside diameter of 6–10 mm on outdoor aerial FTTx routes.
Features
- Fitted by hand without additional tools
- UV-resistant polymer and stainless steel for extended service
- Self-adjusting wedges retain the cable under tension
- Accommodates ADSS cable diameters of 6–10 mm
- Mechanical tensile strength of up to 3 kN
- Stable performance in outdoor conditions
- Reliable operation at an economical price
Application
The PA-600 clamp dead-ends and tensions 6–10 mm ADSS cables in overhead fiber networks. It is used in FTTH access systems, rural broadband projects and distribution routes requiring secure cable retention.
Its self-locking wedges grip the cable without damaging the jacket, helping maintain optical performance throughout service. Resistance to UV exposure, moisture and corrosion supports installation in coastal areas, industrial zones and demanding climates.
The straightforward fitting process reduces labor requirements and helps crews deploy the network efficiently.

Ultimate tensile strength testing evaluates a product’s capacity to withstand mechanical pulling loads. Opposing tensile forces are applied to a specimen until it deforms or fails. The resulting measurements provide information on elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
JKTE uses tensile testing for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel bands, FTTH drop clamps and tension clamps.
For overhead optical cables and their accessories, endurance testing combines mechanical and thermal loading with oscillating stresses. The applicable test values depend on the requirements of IEC 61284.
These standard-based tests are applied before new products are released and during routine production to check conformity with quality requirements. JKTE’s in-house laboratory carries out the relevant series of type tests.
