ADSS Cable Suspension Hook HCT-5-8
The HCT-5-8 J-shaped suspension fitting secures and supports cables on communications or power-line infrastructure. Its compact, high-strength construction is designed for 5–8 mm ADSS optical cables.

Application
The clamp uses a hot-dip galvanized steel J-hook, a UV-resistant TPE insert and coated steel fastening hardware. The patterned cable contact area improves grip and helps prevent loosening or release. Its minimum breaking load is 6 kN.
Installed at intermediate poles, the HCT-5-8 supports aerial FTTH, FTTx, GPON, CATV and broadband access routes. The J-hook distributes loading across the cable surface, limiting sheath compression and stress on optical fibers. It permits limited movement caused by thermal expansion, wind and vibration. Utility poles, wall brackets and suspension hardware provide mounting options for residential, industrial, campus and rural installations. Weather-resistant materials support extended outdoor service.
