Application
For supporting ADSS cables on poles or towers in outdoor overhead systems with route deviation angles below 25°. Used with suitable suspension clamps and preformed guy grips, the bracket maintains cable position and distributes mechanical stress evenly. Applications include FTTH, backbone and metropolitan networks, and industrial communication routes exposed to demanding weather.

Salt-spray chamber testing assesses corrosion resistance of complete products and metal components under controlled humidity, temperature and aggressive exposure. Sodium chloride simulates the corrosive conditions found near the sea. Automated chamber operation helps reduce operator-related variation and improve repeatability.
This evaluation applies to FTTH drop-wire clamps, mounting brackets, stainless steel bands and buckles, and associated metal fittings. Relevant components include clamp bail wires and housings, as well as metal parts used in optical splice closures.
Corrosive exposure, temperature, relative humidity and test duration are selected according to the applicable procedure.
