Optical Drop Cable Dead-End Anchor SS-TYPEJKT
SS-TYPEJKT anchors and tensions optical or telephone drop cables at dead ends in outdoor FTTH installations.
Features
- High mechanical load capacity
- Simple installation without additional tools
- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel components
- UV-resistant thermoplastic body
- Long service life under outdoor exposure
- Economical design
Application
The specified flat cable size is 2.0 × 3.0 mm, with a 30–50 m span range and 2 kN minimum breaking load. The technical table also lists a round cable range. Mounting on pole brackets, hooks and wall fittings provides stable cable support for FTTH, FTTB and other access networks in demanding outdoor environments.

General test method
Ultimate tensile testing determines how much mechanical tension a component can withstand. Opposing pulling forces are increased until the specimen deforms or fails. Recorded properties can include elongation, yield point and ultimate tensile strength.
This method applies to cable suspension and tension fittings, preformed grips, ADSS dead ends, stainless steel banding and FTTH drop clamps. Endurance programmes may combine tensile loading, temperature changes and oscillating stresses under conditions selected with reference to IEC 61284. Such evaluation supports product qualification and production quality control. This is a description of a test method, not evidence of completed testing for an individual JKTE model.
