Wheel-Type FTTH Drop Cable Anchor FISH-00
The FISH-00 wheel-type drop clamp anchors and supports flat or round fibre optic cables at terminal and intermediate locations on outdoor FTTH routes.
Features
- Self-adjusting wheel-type wedge grips the cable
- Tool-free fitting simplifies installation
- Durable UV-resistant thermoplastic and stainless steel components
- Designed to remain stable in outdoor environments
- Economical solution for optical drop connections
Application
FISH-00 provides an anchoring interface between optical distribution routes and subscriber connections. It is suited to pole, wall and building-exterior installations in residential broadband and smaller telecommunications access networks.
The clamp holds the cable while limiting stress on its outer jacket, supporting efficient installation in FTTH last-mile rollouts. It accepts 2.0 × 3.0 mm flat cable or 2–3 mm round cable, with a specified minimum breaking load of 0.5 kN.
| Product code | Flat cable size mm | Round cable size mm | Material | MBL,KN |
| FISH-00 | 2.0*3.0 | 2-3 | UV resistant plastic & stainless steel | 0.5 |

Ultimate tensile testing measures the load a component can sustain under mechanical tension. Opposing pulling forces are applied until the specimen deforms or fractures. Measurements can include elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
This method is used for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel banding, FTTH drop clamps and strain clamps. Endurance testing may combine tensile loading with thermal and oscillating stresses; applicable conditions are selected with reference to IEC 61284 for overhead-line fittings. Such tests can support product qualification and routine production quality control. This description explains the test method; it is not a model-specific test report.
