Mini ADSS Cable Support Clamp FISH-24
FISH-24 tensions and supports small-diameter optical cables at intermediate and downlead locations on outdoor FTTH routes.
Features
- Compact rotating design adjusts to the cable
- No additional tools are required for fitting
- Durable UV-resistant plastic and stainless steel construction
- Gripping arrangement helps protect the outer cable jacket
- Accepts 3.0–4.0 mm round cable
- Specified span range: 30–70 m
- Minimum breaking load: 1.2/2.0 kN for 3.0/4.0 mm cable respectively
- Economical support for outdoor service
Application
FISH-24 is intended for mini ADSS and small-diameter fibre cables on aerial access routes. Its lightweight construction suits short-span installations in campus networks, industrial communications, FTTH feeder routes and rural broadband projects.
The rotating gripping design supports secure cable positioning while reducing local stress on the sheath. UV-resistant polymer components and a stainless steel attachment provide a compact assembly for quick installation and continued outdoor use. The two breaking-load values correspond to the two cable diameters identified in the specification table.
| Item number | Cable diameter mm | Material | MBL,KN (3.0/4.0 cable) |
| FISH-24 | 3.0-4.0 | UV resistant plastic & stainless steel | 1.2/2.0 |
General test method
Ultimate tensile testing measures the load a component can sustain under mechanical tension. Opposing pulling forces are applied until the specimen deforms or fractures. Measurements can include elongation, yield point, tensile strength and ultimate strength.
This method is used for pole-line suspension clamps, preformed guy grips, ADSS dead-end fittings, stainless steel banding, FTTH drop clamps and strain clamps. Endurance testing may combine tensile loading with thermal and oscillating stresses; applicable conditions are selected with reference to IEC 61284 for overhead-line fittings. Such tests can support product qualification and routine production quality control. This description explains the test method; it is not a model-specific test report.
