ADSS Cable Anchor Clamp | Aerial Tension Clamp for Fiber Optic Cable
An ADSS anchor clamp, also known as an ADSS tension clamp or dead-end clamp, is a tensioning device designed to secure and tension all-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) round cables. It is engineered for short-span aerial installations (up to 100 meters), making it ideal for distribution loops and last-mile deployment routes in FTTx and GPON network construction
ADSS cable anchor clamps are manufactured from premium materials, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and high-strength engineering plastics. This construction ensures superior mechanical strength and outstanding corrosion resistance, guaranteeing an extended operational lifespan. We have developed a comprehensive range of anchoring clamps engineered for various cable diameters to accommodate diverse application requirements.
Jkte ADSS anchor clamps are robustly engineered to securely fix aerial ADSS cables in place without causing cable slippage or outer jacket damage, even under heavy mechanical loads. They are fully compatible with dead-end (terminal), double dead-end, or intermediate anchoring line configurations.
A standard JKTE ADSS anchor clamp consists of:
A flexible stainless steel bail (wire bail)
A high-strength, weather-resistant aluminum alloy body
Fiberglass-reinforced, UV-resistant thermoplastic body and wedges
The flexible stainless steel bail allows for effortless, tool-free installation onto pole brackets, drive hooks, or pig-tail eyelets, significantly reducing installation time and labor costs for our clients.
JKTE operates in strict compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. All anchor clamps manufactured by JKTE undergo a rigorous series of batch tests in our in-house laboratory, including ultimate tensile strength (UTS) tests, UV aging resistance tests, and corrosion resistance tests (salt spray testing).
